Thameside Forum Meeting Information
Meetings are held monthly, on the first Thursday in every month (except August - when there is a break for summer holidays) in Belmont Village Hall which is at the top of Parker Road, off London Road in Grays.
All residents & people who work in the Grays South area are welcome to attend all meetings, to dicuss and find solutions to matters which affect you in Grays South & Thurrock area and to administer an annual budget for enhancing the local area.
You will be welcomed with a cup of tea and all meetings will start with a "Police Surgery" from 6.45pm to 7.00pm & then the Forum meeting will start. You will learn about council matters & decisions, together with local funding for local projects. If you care about your local area and would like to see some changes, come along!

Code of Conduct
When attending any meeting there are guidelines that need to be followed.
Although the Community Forum meetings are friendly and informal, order needs to be kept, especially when holding a public meeting,as often lots of people have something they would like to say. The Community Forum Code of Conduct is a simple document that guides the way the meeting should be run.....Please read
